Lettings Negotiator - £30,000 OTE

Role: Lettings negotiator, Oxford
Salary: £22,000 + Commission, OTE £30,000+
Bonus: Uncapped Bonus Scheme*
Holiday: 20 days plus Bank Holidays
Hours: 08.45 to 17.30 Mon to Thurs; 08.45 to 17.00 Fri; 09.30 to 17.00 alternate Saturdays
Location: City centre, Oxford

We’re looking for a highly motivated Experienced Lettings Negotiator in Oxford City Centre for a full time position. Based in central Oxford, we offer a busy and vibrant work environment to someone wishing to seek full time work within the property industry with the ability to work Saturdays. Basic skills in excel, organisation, diary management and general IT. Experienced Lettings Negotiator is a role offering further training to qualify as ARLA and chance to grow your career. A customer-facing role both in branch and out of branch, a clean full UK driving licence is required. Base Salary - £22,000 + commission, OTE £30,000+. Our Commission structure is paid on an individual performance basis not pooled!

Prior knowledge from the property industry is a must ideally 12 months or more, interested in finding someone with the right personal attributes to bring energy, drive and enthusiasm to our team. Knowledge of the Oxford area is preferable.

You will be required to:

• Perform viewings
• Negotiate deals
• Previous experience in lettings
• Meet pre-agreed targets
• Effectively handle enquiries
• Demonstrate high standards of professionalism
• Maximize the opportunity for viewings, lets and market appraisals
• Work within the confines of the Housing Act and lettings legislation
• Offer a fantastic level of customer service to both landlords, tenants and applicants

Pay: Up to £30,000.00 per year
