About You:
We’re looking for someone who:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or is working towards it.
- Has strong subject knowledge in Drama and is comfortable teaching KS3 & KS4 (KS5 experience is desirable).
- Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills, inspiring students to engage with theatre.
- Is dedicated to student growth, both in the classroom and through extracurricular drama activities.
- Has a proactive approach to professional development and improvement.
