Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Solutions Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction by providing effective solutions to their needs. The Customer Solutions Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve customer issues, and will be responsible for driving customer retention and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries and issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve customer issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution
- Develop and implement customer retention strategies to drive customer loyalty and growth
- Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products and services, and effectively communicate their value to customers
- Provide regular updates to senior management on customer satisfaction, retention, and growth metrics
- Manage customer contracts and ensure compliance with service level agreements
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices in customer solutions management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in customer solutions management or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and cross-functional teams
- Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex customer issues
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with CRM software and customer analytics tools
