Your Responsibilities

  • Scheduling & Managing Office Communications – Keeping the team connected
  • Rotas & Shift Management – Ensuring smooth operations
  • Supporting the Registered Manager & Team – Making sure client needs are met
  • Organising Staff Training & Supervisions – Shadowing, competency sign-offs, appraisals
  • Client & Care Management – Service reviews, care plans, and support arrangements
  • Problem-Solving & Process Improvement – Driving efficiency and innovation
  • Upholding Our Company Values – Embedding our compassionate, client-focused culture

What We’re Looking For

  • Highly organised with strong planning and prioritisation skills
  • Previous Care Coordination experience (preferred but not essential)
  • Excellent communicator with a passion for outstanding customer service
  • Self-motivated & flexible – Willing to participate in on-call duties when required
  • Familiarity with scheduling/HR systems 
  • Strong IT skills – Proficiency in MS Office, report generation, and system navigation
  • Full UK Driving Licence (required)
