The Role…

We are seeking a technical generalist who will be comfortable supporting and driving continuous improvement across a variety of business systems from ERP, eCommerce, document management and reporting systems.

The Business System Administrator….

  • Provide support for all production and development environments and upgrade to new versions as required
  • Design, implement, deliver and support the Microsoft AX 2012 environment and associated services
  • Responsible for on-going developments and service improvements with recommendations where appropriate
  • To create/maintain documentation of complete environments, including system diagrams, failover testing, troubleshooting and service specification
  • Analyse business requirements and produce technical specifications to IT applications standards
  • Manage change control process for production releases
  • Setup, document and test onsite failover for all production environments
  • Manage and work with 3rd party support vendors
  • Performance monitoring and analysis

What We Are Looking For…

We are looking for a degree-level qualification, preferably in IT related discipline, or equivalent combination of specialised training.

Candidates should have a strong knowledge and experience of Microsoft Dynamics 2012, eCommerce systems and a keen interest in learning other system applications.

They must be motivated by working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to be pro-active in achieving goals both individually and collaboratively. Excellent interpersonal skills are crucial to communicate effectively with all peer-levels across interdisciplinary teams.
