Job Description

Nursery Senior Administrator

This job would be suitable for someone with experience working independently and responsibly in a professional environment. They will be familiar with using excel, confident with basic  maths, with a good attention to detail. The ideal candidate with have had experience working in a nursery but this is not essential. 

Hours 10-15 over 3 days or 2 days spread out throughout the week, (e.g. Mon & Thurs)  - This could be a term time only position. 

Contract Length 12 month 

Salary  £14.42 – 16.83

Responsible to – Director of Finance 

Early Education Funding Administration  - 20 hours per month

  • Inputting new children on to OCC funding system 
  • Liaise with OCC over funding changing
  • Ensuring all children’s funding status’s are known. 
  • Managing funding forms

Management Reports  - 5 hours per month

  • Recording Occupancy  
  • Calculating and recording future available staffing session 

EyMan data champion  - 5 hours per month

  • Making sure Staff holidays, Rotas, notes, contacts, Staff and Child schedules, Apprentices’ data is correct.
  • Supporting other members of the team to manage correct data

HR Support  -  5 hours per month

  • Helping with administerting Staff Suitability and Health Declaration Report
  • Other HR Administration

Any other projects

  • Supporting other members of the team
  • Mailbox monitoring and answering 
  • Customer feedback questionnaires
  • Other projects
