CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR

SALARY £28,000 PLUS PACKAGE
We are working with a reputable and growing facilities management contractor who specialise in providing all round maintenance services to clients within the commercial sector.
Due to expansion we are recruiting for a Contract Administrator to join the team.
Job Purpose:
To carry out the administration of the service department in the London Mobile Region.
The Role:
- Learning the job system to assist with scheduling, logging & closing down callouts and compliance tasks.
- Liaising with the clients, answering queries and booking works in via email & phone.
- Assisting Service Team with electronic report uploading to CAFM systems.
- Checking and updating the London Mobile engineers schedule.
- Producing purchase orders and work orders for subcontractors and any orders required.
- Providing any other reports required for the management team
- Providing cover for the other contract supports in London Mobile Region.

The Package:
- Base salary to £28,000
- Permanent Full Time
- Hours monday - friday - 8am - 5pm
- 1 hour lunch break
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
- Pension
